Products<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PeruSwiss SA primarily sells food products, including natural Walib\u00ed pastes (aj\u00ed amarillo, panca, rocoto, garlic, ginger), among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations in packaging, format, or color may occur due to manufacturing processes or photographic lighting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Prices<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are listed in <strong>Swiss francs (CHF)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices may change without prior notice, but any confirmed order will retain the price valid at the time of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs are added at checkout and displayed before payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Orders<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To place an order, the customer must provide accurate and complete information.<br>PeruSwiss SA reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incomplete or incorrect information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspected fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Out-of-stock products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the payment has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is processed through <strong><strong> myPOS<\/strong><\/strong>, which allows secure use of bank cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PeruSwiss SA <strong>does not store<\/strong> any card details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are encrypted and processed directly by myPOS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Shipping<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All orders are shipped via <strong>Swiss Post (PostPac Economy)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Estimated Delivery Times<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 to 3 business days within Switzerland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders placed on Friday afternoon are processed the following Monday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PeruSwiss SA is not responsible for delays attributable to Swiss Post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Order Receipt<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for verifying that the package is in good condition upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer receives a product that is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearly defective<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They must contact <strong><a>shop@peruswiss.ch<\/a><\/strong> within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Return Policy<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the products sold are food items, for reasons of <strong>hygiene and food safety:<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u274c <strong>Returns of opened or used products are not accepted.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2714 Returns will be accepted only if:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product is <strong>unopened<\/strong>, <strong>unused<\/strong> and in its <strong>original packaging.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The request is made within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the error is attributable to PeruSwiss SA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Refunds<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the return is accepted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The refund will be processed within <strong>3 to 5 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases of error by the seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Liability<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PeruSwiss SA shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improper use of the product by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays caused by external carriers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damages resulting from causes beyond our control (force majeure, unforeseen events, external technical failures, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consumption of food products is the sole responsibility of the customer, including any allergies or intolerances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Warranties<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products are delivered according to the information provided and in accordance with the manufacturer\u2019s quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product presents defects, it must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Customer Obligations<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate information when placing an order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review all conditions before making a purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the delivery address entered is correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrain from reselling the products without commercial authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13.
