The rise of Peruvian cuisine around the world, especially in Geneva, revealed a clear reality to us.
Thousands of Peruvians try to recreate the flavors of home, but they face a big problem. Peruvian ingredients are expensive, hard to find, and often arrive with little freshness or in very limited quantities.
We saw firsthand how Peruvian families and businesses struggled to maintain the authenticity of their dishes, and how preparing something as simple as ají de gallina or lomo saltado could become a luxury.
PeruSwiss was created to change that.
We want to bring Peruvian cuisine closer to your table, offering authentic, high-quality, and accessible ingredients, while also opening the door to food lovers and curious people who want to discover our flavors.
