These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through the website peruswiss.ch.

2. Products

PeruSwiss SA primarily sells food products, including natural Walibí pastes (ají amarillo, panca, rocoto, garlic, ginger), among others.

Images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations in packaging, format, or color may occur due to manufacturing processes or photographic lighting.

3. Prices

  • All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF).
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but any confirmed order will retain the price valid at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping costs are added at checkout and displayed before payment.

4. Orders

To place an order, the customer must provide accurate and complete information.
PeruSwiss SA reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Suspected fraud
  • Out-of-stock products

Once the payment has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

5. Payment Methods

Payment is processed through myPOS, which allows secure use of bank cards.

  • PeruSwiss SA does not store any card details.
  • Payments are encrypted and processed directly by myPOS.

6. Shipping

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post (PostPac Economy).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • 2 to 3 business days within Switzerland.
  • Orders placed on Friday afternoon are processed the following Monday.
  • No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

PeruSwiss SA is not responsible for delays attributable to Swiss Post.

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

7. Order Receipt

The customer is responsible for verifying that the package is in good condition upon receipt.

If the customer receives a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Clearly defective

They must contact shop@peruswiss.ch within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.

8. Return Policy

Since the products sold are food items, for reasons of hygiene and food safety::

❌ Returns of opened or used products are not accepted.

✔ Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging..
  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the error is attributable to PeruSwiss SA.

9. Refunds

If the return is accepted:

  • The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases of error by the seller.

10. Liability

PeruSwiss SA shall not be liable for:

  • Improper use of the product by the customer.
  • Delays caused by external carriers.
  • Damages resulting from causes beyond our control (force majeure, unforeseen events, external technical failures, etc.).

The consumption of food products is the sole responsibility of the customer, including any allergies or intolerances.

11. Warranties

Products are delivered according to the information provided and in accordance with the manufacturer’s quality standards.

If a product presents defects, it must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.

12. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing an order.
  • Review all conditions before making a purchase.
  • Ensure that the delivery address entered is correct.
  • Refrain from reselling the products without commercial authorization.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Modifications

PeruSwiss SA may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The current version will be the one published on the website.
